Hallo maja, ich hoffe, es geht Dir gut!!!! Und zwar vor allem gesundheitlich, das ist das allerwichtigste, eine Embolie ist wirklich kein Spaziergang, pass' auf dich auf!
Und was den Rest betrifft: ich hoffe, du kannst ihm aus dem Weg gehen. Deine Gefühle kann ich nur allzu gut verstehen. Ich dachte oft, ich hätte die Sache abgeschlossen, und dann kam ein Rückfall.
Das scheint irgendwie normal zu sein, es sind ja doch eine Menge Dinge, die sie uns vorgaukeln, und von denen wir tief in uns träumen.
Aber trotzdem gewinnt man mit der Zeit mehr und mehr Abstand. Aus heutiger Sicht war die "Trennung" bei mir nach dem Prinzip: 2 Schritte vor, einen zurück. Aber es waren immer 2 Schritte vor. Das heißt, nach jedem Rückfall wurde meine Distanz größer, und von meinem Gefühl her ist er heute das, als was ich ihn ganz zu Beginn gesehen habe: ein unverbindliches Urlaubsabenteuer (auf das ich mich nicht mehr einlassen würde). Und ich frage mich, wie konnt' ich nur auf die Idee kommen, dass es mehr sein könnte.
Es ist immer so: Zeit heilt die Wunden, bringt Distanz und damit Klarheit. Auch im Gefühlsleben, nicht nur im Kopf.
Und verletzter Stolz und das Gefühl, verarscht worden zu sein, sind nicht so leicht hinzunehmen. Irgendwie hofft man, dass es doch nicht so war, man kommt sich so blöd vor. Nur mit jedem Tag, an dem man die "Beziehung" weiterlaufen lässt, wird's schlimmer.
In diesem Sinn: schließ' es ab, so schnell du kannst, sollten Rückfälle kommen, sieh' sie als solches, und denk' nach vorn!
