der Ehemann kann rein theoretisch der Frau die ausreise verweigern, dies passiert aber sehr selten, erst wenn gemeinsame Kinder da sind, wird immer die Ausreiseerlaubnis verlangt.
Dies ist aber erst bei einer legalen Heirat der Fall, da dann die Frau, ja ein 5 Jahresaufenthaltsvisum hat, und es ersichtlich ist, dass sie verheiratet ist.
Bei Orfi Ehen kann eigentlich nichts passieren.
Ausser, wenn auch da gemeinsame Kinder vorhanden sind und der Vater diese akzeptiert und sie einen Ägyptischen Pass hatten.
Nun zu der legaliesirung von Orfi!!!!
Ich betone es nochmals, Soraya bitte korrigiere mich, wenn ich falsch liege, Orfi bleibt Orfi, wenn die rede von einer Legalisierung ist, eben auf der Shara akary, dann ist dies eine legale Hochzeit, also was ganz anderes!!
Ich bezweifle jedoch, dass man Orfi umschreiben kann, man braucht ja dann ganz andere Dokumente....
Also auch ich bekenne mich, auch ich war Orfi verheiratet, dannach legal.
Wir haben das ganze Prozedere gemacht....
Und mit Orfi kann man in Dahab kein Hotelzimmer mieten!!
